Marcos Sotillo participates in the workshop giving an overview of current coastal downstream Services and User Applications, as elements for promoting the uses of information from ocean monitoring and forecasting services. It is presented part of the NOW developments for coastal applications, performed within the framework of the Copernicus Marine Coastal Demonstrators (i.e., e3HOPE Services, DIVER-COAST and EUSCOMvu), focused mainly on supporting environmental protection and aquaculture activities. Likewise, it is presented the OSPAC tool (co-developed by Puertos del Estado and Nologin in the context of the (EU Horizon Europe) EuroSea Project), as a success story of end-user application in the Port/City environment.
